No ghosts, but beautiful architecture

Recently, we worked with Qonverge and the Frauenthal Center for Performing Arts to help update the Frauenthal website. We spent an afternoon photographing some of its amazing architecture. Our ambassador to the facility - Linda - has a wealth of knowledge about the theatre, which, of course, has quite an amazing past. Many of the features have been painstakingly restored to historical accuracy, which we were able to capture. Of course, in a facility with so much history, there is ghost lore, but no ghosts were captured in the resulting images. Maybe next time...

If you can correctly guess the location the above photos were taken from, you win an 8x10 of your choice from this photo series.

The Frauenthal has some great options for special events, weddings and receptions. Be sure to consider this Muskegon landmark when planning your wedding.

Don't forget, the Alley Door Club offers great live entertainment. Next date is Feb 13, featuring Organissimo (one of my favorites from GR).

My first photo shoot

well - it was actually Baby Stella's first photo shoot. I met up with Stella in late November, when she was about 8 weeks old. I don't think the cat much cared for Stella.
